THE ESSENTIAL COLLECTION DVD
IN STORES OCTOBER 17TH
Los Angeles, CA 09/19/06 - Seminal 90's pop-punk band Face to Face announced plans for a
career retrospective DVD from the stage of their final show in September 2004. More than
two years later, "FACE TO FACE - SHOOT THE MOON: The Essential Collection DVD" is ready
to hit stores October 17th 2006.
The now defunct So Cal punk group's 13-year-plus career is chronicled in the feature length
documentary "PUNK ROCK EATS ITS OWN: A Film About FACE TO FACE" full of classic performances,
tour videos and in-depth interviews from every former band member. Also included on this 2
disc deluxe edition DVD is the band's final performance at House of Blues in Hollywood, CA
and never-before-seen music videos with band commentary.
The DVD is scheduled for release on former Face to Face frontman Trever Keith's Antagonist
label. "Now that Face to Face is gone, I wanted to put together a DVD that I felt accurately
represented the band and our career. The final product is everything I had hoped for," says
Keith, who is also executive producer on the project. "FACE TO FACE - SHOOT THE MOON: The
Essential Collection DVD" is one of a three part companion series from Antagonist Records
along with a limited edition book (only available in venues on the band's farewell tour)
and "SHOOT THE MOON: The Essential Collection CD" which was released in November 2005.
